- LED Setup: renamed standby to idle LED
- DisplayHardware: only use auto framerate fallback if there's no active mode or mode change, otherwise keep the currently active mode
- DisplayHardware: don't set fallback mode when there's not content framerate but a valid mode already set
- unicable: take care of bootuptime define in unicable.xml to fix tune problems after voltage enable with some unicable LNBs/switches without own power supply
